With extensive real estate experience, including working with short sales, REO (Real Estate Owned) properties, distressed assets, and property preservation, I understand the unique challenges that can arise in both traditional and distressed real estate transactions.

My experience in the REO and default-servicing side of real estate has given me a strong understanding of the importance of communication, attention to detail, property condition, timelines, documentation, and effective coordination among all parties involved. I also have experience with property preservation, helping ensure properties are properly maintained, secured, and prepared for successful marketing and disposition.

Whether representing buyers, sellers, investors, or working with institutions on distressed properties, I am dedicated to listening carefully to my clients' needs and objectives and finding the best ways to achieve them. My business experience, both inside and outside of real estate, has taught me that superior customer service isn't expensive...it's priceless.
